Ajay Devgn steps out of Vishal Bhardwaj’s project

According to recent reports, actor Ajay Devgn took a sudden decision to step out of Vishal Bharadwaj"s project Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola starring Anushka Sharma and Ajay himself.

Though the reason is not clear, few sources informed Mumbai Mirror that Devgn had been lured by the money Viacom 18 Motion Pictures offered him for Dhir"s project.

A source informed Mumbai Mirror, “Viacom bought Son Of Sardar for Rs 75 crore. Devgn is 50 percent partner in the deal. The other half goes to co-producer NR Pachisia"s company."

Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola was supposed to be co-produced by Fox Star Studios, Bhardwaj, Devgn and Devgn"s business manager Kumar Mangat.
