Aashiqui 3: FAKE NEWS! Triptii Dimri Is NOT Getting Replaced In Kartik's Film; Deets Inside

Aashiqui 3 Movie Cast Updates: Kartik Aaryan, the man of the moment, is currently riding high on the stupendous success of his latest film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3'. In the Anees Bazmee directorial, Kartik has romanced 'Animal' star Triptii Dimri onscreen. It has been previously reported that the BB3 duo, Kartik and Triptii will be reuniting for his next film 'Aashqiui 3'. But earlier today, rumours spread life wildfire that the romantic-musical drama underwent a major change.

Aashiqui 3 Lead Actress: Triptii Dimri Is NOT Getting Replaced

Aashiqui 3, announced in 2022, marks one of the most important film in Kartik Aaryan's career. Directed by Anurag Basu, the threequel is slated to see Kartik romancing Triptii once again on screen. However, a Peeping Moon report allegedly claimed that Munjya star Sharvari had replaced Triptii as Kartik's leading lady in the film.

As per the report suggests, given Bhool Bhulaiyaa'3 record-breaking success the makers didn't want to repeat Kartik-Triptii's jodi so soon. However, the news turn out to be FALSE! As per the latest updates, Triptii is said to be very much a part of Kartik's film.

Originally, the film was set to be jointly produced by Mukesh Bhatt and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series. Earlier this year, rumours went rife that the project was being developed by some other under T-Series banner. However, the production dismissed the rumours back then and further mentioned that if and when Aashiqui 3 was to be initiated it would be jointly produced by them only. The also proposed a new love story with Kartik-Anurag duo.

On the work front, both Kartik and Triptii are riding high on the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. While Triptii has 'Dhadak 2' in her kitty, Kartik will reportedly be seen in 'Pati Patni Aur Woh 2'.
