Abhay Verma In A Irrfan Khan Starrer Film: Munjya Actor Abhay Verma is the latest talk of the town after he rose to overnight fame after the huge success of Munjya. However, you will be surprised to know that it is not the first film that could bring him the fame, the actor earlier rejected a potential movie starring Irrfan Khan, that could have brought him under the limelight. Yes, you heard that right! The actor rejected a film starring Irrfan Khan for a film that never happened.

Abhay Verma Rejected An Irrfan Khan Starrer Film

Well, Abhay Verma passed on Irrfan Khan starrer, Angrezi Medium, which was the last movie of the late star. The actor also revealed that he regrets passing on it. "I got an offer to work in Angrezi Medium, but somehow it didn't materialise. I regret it a lot as it was Irrfan (Khan, actor) sir's last film, and if I could have gotten a chance to just stand next to him even in one frame, it would have been my biggest award," he shared.

He further revealed the reason for rejecting the film, "The role I was offered was a bit small, and I had received another film in a leading role with better screen space, but eventually that film never happened."
