Jason Statham likely to join Fast and Furious 6

Jason Statham is likely to join the cast of next instalments of Fast and Furious. The actor is in talks with Universal Pictures for a key role in its prestigious projects.

If reports are to be believed, Universal Pictures is in initial talks with Jason Statham. It is said that the production house is looking for a fresh suitable actor and has approached him for Fast and Furious 6 and 7.

Though, it is not sure about his presence in the franchise, the English actor is believed to be a favourite choice for Universal Pictures. The movie, which is in pre-production stage, is expected to take off in 2012, in Europe.
