Plot Details Of The Upcoming Netflix Series 'Adoration'

Netflix has described the series in the following manner, "Summer has just begun on the Roman coast, when the disappearance of the 16-year-old Elena casts a shadow over the small community. Given her rebellious nature, both the police and her friends think this is yet another attempt to escape from a stifling suburb... But they are wrong. This is a mystery coming of age that combines feelings and generations, in a succession of discoveries, surprising revelations and secrets, ending to destroy the few certainties of a provincial life always on the edge between aspirations and broken dreams."

Cast And Crew Behind The Italian Thriller Series 'Adoration'

The series is being directed by Stefano Mordini, with the script that's been worked on by several writers such as Donatella Diamanti, Tommaso Matano, Giovanni Galassi, Gianluca Gloria, and Francesca Tozzi. The series is based on the novel by Alice Urciuolo released in 2020, titled ' Adorazione'.
