Miley Cyrus celebrates 18th b’day with a bong

Washington, (ANI): Miley Cyrus has been video taped celebrating her 18th birthday by experimenting with a bong. The video had been shot during a party at Cyrus" L.A. area home five days after her birthday, TMZ.com reported.

A source close to the singer said the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia, which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.

As for the video, the source said it was shot by one of Cyrus" friends, and someone stole or copied the video from that friend"s camera.
