Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Twist: Produced by Rajan Shahi's under his banner DKP, Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda have been getting love and appreciation from fans for playing Akshara and Abhimanyu respectively in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai since 2021. As YRKKH celebrated its impressive fourteenth-year milestone earlier this year, the family drama is currently undergoing significant twists in its storyline.

Jay Soni, who made his entrance into Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai at the beginning of the year and won everyone's hearts as Abhinav, recently bid farewell to the long-running Star Plus show as his character met an unexpected demise, bringing a surprising turn of events in Akshara's life.

WHY HARSHAD CHOPDA DECIDED TO QUIT YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI?

While Jay's exit left dedicated viewers feeling disheartened, the latest rumors suggest the possibility of another generation leap amid the rumours of Harshad Chopda deciding to quit YRKKH in the near future. Well, there's still no confirmation about the leap or Harshad's exit from the long-running drama.

However, the latest reports suggest that the talented actor decided to bid adieu to his hugely popular character of Abhimanyu due to creative dissatisfaction and emotional exchaustion. Yes, you read that right!

Revealing the same, a source informed Viral Ent-Talks, "Harshad is a dedicated actor, and he has given his all to Abhimanyu's character. However, he's not happy with the way his character is evolving and the time it has been emotionally unwell. He believes his audience deserves better."

In an effort to enhance his experience on the show, Harshad approached the creators of YRKKH, requesting modifications to his character's storyline. Regrettably, the makers were reportedly not inclined to make changes to the narrative and subsequently rejected Harshad's proposals.

The source added, "Harshad felt that it was time to move on and explore other creative avenues. He had grown attached to the character of Abhimanyu and wanted to see it flourish, but when that vision wasn't aligned with the makers, he knew it was time to say goodbye."

ANOTHER GENERATION LEAP IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI?

As soon as Rajan Shahi got to make about his decision, he talked to Harshad and convinced him to stay. Well, we can't confirm the authenticity of this report. So far, neither Harshad nor the makers have yet reacted to the same. However, if a generation leap is in the offering, we wonder if Harshad-Pranali will stay in the show or not.
