The news of Nitesh Pandey's death spread like wildfire on the internet, leaving everyone shocked. The talented artist, known for his power-packed performances, had won hearts with his cameo role in Anupamaa.

His Anupamaa co-star and good friend Rupali Ganguly got emotional as she arrived to pay her last respect to Nitesh Pandey at his last rites. She was seen getting teary-eyed while sitting inside her car. A friend consoled her as she couldn't fathom the pain his loved ones have to endure.

NITESH PANDEY SON BREAKS DOWN INTO TEARS

It's hard to believe that a talented actor like Nitesh is no more with us. One can only imagine the pain his wife and son must be going through. Nitesh Pandey's son cried inconsolably as he saw the mortal remains of his father. He said, "Papa ye kyu hogya" after seeing the corpse of the actor in front of his eyes.

Nitesh's family members including his wife broke down into tears. The people, who were present on the spot, tried to console his wife and son, asking them to stay strong.

Several TV stars including Nakuul Mehta, Suchita Trivedi, Gaurav Khanna, Kritika Kamra mourned Nitesh's death on social media. Nakuul, who is seen as Ram in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3, penned a note to express grief over the loss.

"You my friend were a vibe, an energy and a talent which is amongst the best we have ever had in the business! Knowing you, I know you would insist that we celebrate you! I still remember you guffawing at the 2012 'me' doing push-ups and running myself crazy before an emotional scene to get my blood pumping and emotion ready for a scene. I wish I did tell you that I secretly stole so much from you. So much of me on screen is just wanting to achieve the joy & melancholy you played with such lightness of being," Nakul wrote on Instagram.
