One of the Twitter users pointed out that Netflix has been issuing copyright claims for several fan ages across the internet after pictures, character art from the last and final season of the supernatural series got leaked, in which they confirmed Stranger Things season 5's November 27 release date on Netflix.

Sharing a snap of their alleged copyright claim, the Twitter page wrote, "🚨Did Netflix just mess up?!🚨

Due to the recent leaks, Netflix has been issuing DMCA takedown reports. In these reports, Netflix has included the following release date:

November 27th, 2025🗓️ (sic)"
