AVM Rajeswari passed away

AVM Rajeswari, wife of the late legendary producer of Tamil Cinema A.V. Meiyappa Chettiyar, founder of AVM Studios, died on Sunday. She was 87. She died at 8 pm in her house in Chennai, following a prolonged illness. She is survived by four sons A.V.M. Murugan, A.V.M. Kumaran, A.V.M. Saravanan, A.V.M. Balasubramaniam and a daughter. The last rites were held in Chennai.
