Sarath Kumar revives Khaki

Nearly after one and half years, Sarath Kumar has decided to revive his film Kakki which was shelved in 2006. Produced by GJ Cinema, 'Khaki' featuring Sarath Kumar and Namitha in the lead. Vincent Selva directed the film. The director has completed the first schedule also with Sarath in which he appeared with tonsured head.

To give the natural look to his character, Sarath really tonsured his head but the movie was dropped for some reason and Sarath started concentrating on other films like Cahankya, Thalai Magan afterwards. Now Gnanavel, one of the the producers has approached Sarath and conveyed his plan to revive this movie with the same team.

The actor immediately accepted the proposal and ensured his cooperation at any time to shoot the film. Now Vincent Selva and his team gearing up to finish the movie and release it after '1977'. Speaking about the film, Gnanavel said, "Sarath has accepted to continue the movie in the same name and with the same crew. I'm in immense pleasure to join again with this magnanimous person."
