For the first time in the history of the show, a wildcard contestant won Bigg Boss. It took eighteen seasons (including 16 on television and 2 on OTT) for a wildcard entry to lift the winner's trophy. Elvish Yadav added another feather to his cap as he clinched victory from Fukra Insaan in the star-studded finale.

Elvish Yadav walked away with the shiny trophy and a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh. The YouTuber beat Abhishek Malhan after the makers introduced live voting during the grand finale for 15 minutes. The voting trends had already predicted that Elvish would secure victory and take the trophy home.

FUKRA INSAAN GOES STRAIGHT TO HOSPITAL

After the grand finale got over, Fukra Insaan and his parents went straight to the hospital and didn't stay for media bytes. The YouTuber had to urgently leave for the hospital for check-up as he has been reportedly diagnosed with dengue. While there's no official confirmation, reports suggest that he is undergoing treatment for the same.

Earlier, a report in IANS suggested that Abhishek Malhan had body ache and suffered from body ache due to viral fever. The doctors recommended him to take proper rest and allowed him to attend the BB OTT 2 finale after examing his health condition.

After he arrived at the hospital and underwent medical treatment, Fukra Insaan shared a video message for his fans. He posted the video on his Instagram handle, expressing his gratitude to his followers, who voted for him and made him the Bigg Boss OTT 2 first runner-up.
