With IPL 2025 grabbing viewers' attention, the creators decided to delay the leap and take a different route to keep the audience engaged.

To fill the gap, the show took a smaller leap and shifted its setting to Bihar, offering a temporary twist to the plot while pushing the bigger leap to a later date. Now, as the IPL winds down, fresh updates suggest that the original leap plan is very much on the makers' minds. JHANAK CONFIRMED CAST AFTER GENERATION LEAP

While several known names were rumoured to be in talks to play the new leads in Jhanak, replacing Hiba and Krushal, the latest update suggests that the makers have finally locked the new cast.

According to a Tellyexpress report, Arjit Taneja, Riya Sharma, and Twinkle Arora are finalised to enter as Jhanak new protagonists after the leap. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is still awaited.

For those unaware, Arjit's ZEE TV show Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye ended recently. It featured Sriti Jha as the female lead opposite him. Twinkle Arora and Riya Sharma are best known for Udaariyaan and Dhruv Tara respectively.
