Kohrra Season 2 Trailer: When And Where To Watch Mona Singh And Barun Sobti’s Upcoming Crime Thriller

Kohrra, the critically acclaimed Indian police procedural crime thriller on Netflix, is all set to return with its much-awaited second season this February. After winning praise for its gritty storytelling and layered characters, Kohrra Season 2 promises a darker, more intense chapter, led by Mona Singh and Barun Sobti. With the trailer generating strong buzz, fans are eager to know when and where to watch the upcoming season as the suspense-driven series gears up for its Netflix premiere.

In Kohrra Season 2, Barun Sobti returns as Assistant Sub-Inspector Amarpal Garundi, Mona Singh joins the series as Sub-Inspector Dhanwant Kaur. The supporting cast includes Rannvijay Singha as the victim’s husband and a prime suspect, Pooja Bhamrrah as Preet Bajwa, the murdered woman, Anurag Arora as her brother, and Muskan Arora in a key supporting role. The season is helmed by showrunner Sudip Sharma, creator of Paatal Lok, who makes his directorial debut with this installment.

Netflix on Wednesday unveiled the official trailer of Kohrra Season 2, teasing a darker and more layered whodunnit set in the fog-shrouded town of Dalerpura. The crime drama returns with fresh faces, new mysteries, and a chilling murder that threatens to expose buried secrets and unravel the lives of everyone involved, promising an intense and gripping new chapter. 

Kohrra Season 1 premiered on Netflix on July 15, 2023, earning critical acclaim for its gripping narrative. Continuing the saga, Season 2 is set to stream on Netflix from February 11, 2026. The premiere date was officially announced by Netflix India, along with the release of the first official poster, heightening anticipation for the upcoming season.

Kohrra Season 2 centers on the murder of Preet Bajwa, whose body is discovered in her brother’s barn, with suspicion soon falling on those closest to her, including her husband. The case is investigated by ASI Amarpal Garundi, who is trying to start anew under his calm and methodical new superior, SI Dhanwant Kaur. The trailer showcases their contrasting styles, Garundi’s instinct-led approach versus Kaur’s restrained resolve as they dig through secrets, half-truths, and emotional scars, making the mystery darker, denser, and deeply personal.
