Tamil Actor Rajesh Passes Away at 75

Renowned Tamil actor Rajesh passed away in the early hours of May 28 at the age of 75, following complications due to severe respiratory distress. According to family sources, the veteran actor began experiencing sudden difficulty in breathing and tragically passed away while being rushed to the Madras Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (MIOT) hospital. His mortal remains have been placed at his Ramapuram residence in Chennai for the public to pay their respects. The funeral is scheduled to take place on Sunday at the Kilpakkam Cemetery.

Several dignitaries and celebrities visited to offer their condolences. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, and Minister K.N. After completing his Pre-University at Alagappa College, Karaikudi, he joined Pachaiyappa’s College, Chennai, but did not complete his degree. Before stepping into cinema, he served as a teacher from 1972 to 1979 at St. Paul’s High School (Purasawalkam) and Kellett Higher Secondary School (Triplicane) a reflection of his deep-rooted connection to knowledge and society.
