Bhaskar (Mammootty) is a business tycoon his only aim in life to make more and more wealth, though he has everything as his wish but Bhaskar is unhappy as he is called "Rascal'.

Bhaskar is a widower and a father of a 9 yr old son happens to meet a lady Hima (Nayantara)who is very calm and quite to his views but things are just opposite. The events that follow next are plotted in 'Bhaskar the Rascal'.

Bhaskar The Rascal is produced by Anto Joseph under the banner of Anto Joseph Film Company. The script work of the movie is handled by director Siddique itself whereas music is by Deepak Dev.
