Laththi Story

Laththi is an action-drama movie directed by Vinoth Kumar, while the screenplay was penned by Pon Parthiban. The movie stars Vishal Krishna and Sunaina in the lead roles, along with Prabhu, Munishkanth, and many others in supporting roles.

Balasubramaniem handled the cinemotography, and the film editing was done by Srikanth. Sam C. S composed the music for the film songs, while Yuvan Shankar Raja scored the background music. The recording was done in Yuvan's studio at U1 Records. Ramana and Nandha produced this film under the banner of Rana Productions.

Like an action drama, Laththi displays the storyline of a cop and his 10-year-old child getting stuck in a construction site and their daring getaway while being chased by the opposition. By handling the worst-case scenario the theme of this film is how Vishal (Constable Muruganantham) manages to escape that dire circumstance. 

Muruganantham (Vishal) is a trustworthy police constable at Narayanguda. His wife Kavitha (Sunaina) and son Raju live happily together. However, due to an incident that occurred while he was on duty, he was suspended from the duty. Surya's son Veera, who runs a local mafia gang, will experience a bitter experience. As a result, Surya is arrested by the DIG wearing a mask and beaten up by Muruganantham. Muruganantham's son is taken by Surya after he hunts down those who beat him so much. 

What was the reason for Muruganantham's suspension? What is the health problem of Constable Muruganantham's son? What is the complaint of son Raju against father Muruganantham? Release

The movie Laththi was released in theatres on December 22, 2022. The teaser and trailer for the movie, which were previously aired, generated a lot of interest. The action scenes in "Laththi" will be intense, and the actor sustained many wounds while filming. The fans had high hopes after watching Pon Parthiban's the screenplay previous blockbuster films, "Master and Sardar."
