Mylanji Story

Mylanji is an Tamil romantic drama written and directed by Ajayan Bala. The film stars Sriram Karthick as Surya and Krisha Kurup as Charu in the lead roles, supported by Munishkanth, Singampuli, and Tiger Thangadurai in pivotal characters. Produced by Dr. Arjunan, the project is backed by a strong technical crew, with cinematography by Chezhiyan, editing by A. Sreekar Prasad, and art direction by Lalgudi Ilayaraja. The music is composed by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja, who has also penned the lyrics for four songs, bringing his signature poetic and emotional depth to the film.

Plot 

The story centres on Surya, a National Geographic photographer who lives with a rare speech disorder. He travels to the picturesque hills of Ooty to photograph a rare bird species, but his journey takes an unexpected turn when he meets Charu, a spirited orphan facing the threat of a forced marriage. Desperate to escape her situation, Charu considers choosing another man as a means to secure her freedom.

As destiny repeatedly brings Surya and Charu together, a silent yet profound connection blossoms between them. What begins as a coincidental encounter gradually evolves into a deeply emotional bond. Mylanji unfolds as a tender tale of love, resilience, and sacrifice, where the heart must ultimately decide between truth and destiny.
