Sirai Story
Sirai is a powerful Tamil documentary-style drama directed by Suresh Rajakumari, known for his realistic and socially driven narratives. The film stars Vikram Prabhu in a striking role that showcases a new side of his acting, inspired by real-life experiences. With music by Justin Prabhakaran and realistic cinematography by Madhesh Manickam, Sirai focuses on raw human emotions and lived realities. Produced by Lalit Kumar under Seven Screen Studios, the film explores intense themes rooted in truth and human struggle.
Plot
Based on a real incident encountered by writer Tamizh during his tenure as a police officer, the story follows a cop tasked with escorting a young accused to court. During their journey, the officer learns about the accused’s past, gaining insight into the case and the human being behind it.
Release Date
Sirai was released in theatres on 25 December 2025.
