Youth Story

Youth (2026) is an Tamil comedy-drama film directed by Ken Karunas. The film stars Ken Karunas and Anishma Anilkumar in the lead roles. The music is composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The film is produced by Karrupiah C. Ram and Sulochana Kumar under the banner Paarvathaa Entertainments.

Plot

The story follows Praveen, a 15-year-old boy who steps into adolescence with the dream of finding true love before finishing school. As he experiences a series of relationships, heartbreaks, and emotional ups and downs, Praveen slowly begins to understand the deeper meaning of love. These experiences shape his maturity, personal growth, and perspective on life.

Story 

Praveen, a carefree 15-year-old student, barely passes his 10th-grade exams and shows little interest in academics or responsibility. While his affectionate mother Saroja constantly supports him, his father Unnikrishnan is disappointed and urges him to work in their family bakery. However, Praveen is more focused on finding “true love” than building his future.

He develops feelings for his classmate Preshika, but their budding romance is disrupted when another girl, Sonal, enters his life. Ignoring his friends’ warnings, Praveen attempts to balance both relationships, only to discover that Sonal’s intentions are driven by revenge, leading to the collapse of his love life.

Heartbroken and forced to confront reality, Praveen undergoes a period of self-reflection. The story then follows his journey over the next two years, highlighting his emotional growth, newfound maturity, and gradual shift toward responsibility, as he begins to understand life, love, and his parents’ expectations.
