Story
Panja Abhiram (Sayidharam Tej) has not tolerated corruption and irregularities since childhood. Questioning the corruption committed by the father (Jagapathibabu) who is a government employee? Abhiram, who grew up like that, gets a seat at MIT in America. But due to the situation in some parts of Eluru, he gave up the idea of going to America and became an IAS officer. Takes charge as a special officer for the same district? Fishing in the lake (name changed to Kolleru), which has become a curse for his district, where Chief Minister Visakha Vani (Ramyakrishnan) prepares to sing the death knell for the illegal activities.
What are the obstacles faced by Abhiram who was recruited as IAS with special powers? What problems did Tellaru face in mobilizing the villagers on irregularities?
